Reporting to the Senior Manager, Trade Documents & Documentary Collections this position is responsible to manage the day to day operation of the Documentary Collections team. This team is located in a high profile, high risk and critically time sensitive transaction environment, supporting a global client base which includes Retail and Commercial Banking and Capital Markets. The incumbent will lead a team of employees who are responsible for end to end processing of Documentary Collections. Additionally, the incumbent is accountable for operationalizing client care strategies, maximizing transaction processing efficiency/effectiveness, problem resolution and the integration/implementation of new initiatives and activities relating to the Documentary Collections team; including the introduction of automation through various tools such as RPA.
