Assistant Manager Design Management Architect (Project-Based)

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect/ Civil Engineer
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Sketchup is a plus
• Preferably with Design Management experience
• With excellent communication skills, organized, detail oriented, strategic, and can work independently or within a team.

Job Description:

• Assists the Design Manager in project Design Management by monitoring, reviewing and evaluating Consultant outputs in all planning & design phases to ensure conformance with project objectives, timelines, and design standards.
• Responsible for contract management of various consultants for assigned projects including billing processing and contract issuance.
• Performs architectural design and design management tasks, including taking lead roles in design coordination meetings and site inspections.
