Assistant Manager- Crew Tracking

This role is part of the Crew Scheduling function responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations related to flight and crew scheduling. The position works closely with multiple operational teams to maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient crew rosters.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in aviation scheduling/crew operations, strong analytical ability, and the agility to work in a dynamic shift‑based operational environment while ensuring seamless communication and quick problem‑solving.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business, People Management, or an equivalent discipline
• Post‑graduation (completed or pursuing) will be an added advantage
