Assistant Manager – Crew Systems

role supports the governance, configuration, and day-to-day effectiveness of crew management systems at IndiGo—primarily AIMS or other crew systems used by the airline. The role works closely with OCC, Crew Planning, Crew Tracking, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth crew operations across the network.
This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong operational understanding of crew workflows and system logic, who can translate operational needs into system configurations and provide reliable support during both planned and disrupted operations.

Qualification & Experience:
7–10 years of experience in airline operations, OCC, crew management, or crew systems.
Hands-on experience with AIMS or a comparable crew operations platform is essential.
Experience working in a live OCC or time-critical operational environment.
