About the Role

Assistant Manager – Cork

Excel is delighted to say we are recruiting an Assistant Manager for our client in Cork.

This role would suit an experienced Duty Manager or Assistant Manager, seeking to join a hugely successful retail group, who year on year are rapidly growing retailer.

Salary: €35k – €38 DOE

Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager:

  • Ability to drive sales

  • Mentoring and organising staff

  • Implementing and following all store procedures and responsibilities

  • Monitoring of waste and stock

  • Training and development of all staff

    • Who you are as an Assistant Manager:


  • Previous grocery management experience

  • Ability to motivate and work alongside a team

  • History of achieving KPIs

  • Knowledge of all aspects of running a successful shop
