We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefit to support the execution of strategic rewards initiatives within the automotive sector. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and administration of total rewards packages to ensure they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational growth objectives.

• Compensation Strategy and Market Benchmarking: Develop and execute competitive salary structures and incentive programs specifically aligned with automotive industry standards.
