About the Role

An opportunity to join a newly renovated, multi-faceted pub in Sydney's CBD, offering a strong mix of sports bar trade, corporate clientele, restaurant dining, and gaming. As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, supporting the Venue Manager and leading the team across service, compliance, and guest experience.
With strong midweek trade and a diverse customer base, this role suits a well-rounded pub operator who enjoys variety and structure within a busy CBD environment. The venue is closed Sundays, offering a genuine lifestyle benefit in city hospitality.
About You We're seeking an experienced hospitality professional who brings: Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Duty Manager within a pub or large hospitality venue
Solid understanding of pub operations across bar, floor, gaming, and compliance
Restaurant/ bistro experience & a desire to deliver superior food & beverage experiences
