Assistant Manager - Carousel

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in delivering an elevated, inclusive and empowering in-store experience while driving commercial results. You'll be hands-on with customers, passionate about coaching teams, and comfortable stepping up when needed.

Areas of Responsibility

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day leadership of a new Carousel store

• Deliver a premium, personalised and inclusive customer experience

• Confidently assist customers with bra fitting, lingerie, sleepwear and styling

• Lead from the floor, setting the standard in service and presentation

• Coach and develop the team in product knowledge, fitting expertise and sales behaviours

• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, satisfaction and conversion

• Support recruitment, on boarding and ongoing team development
