Assistant Manager, Application Support

ROLE SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager of Gaming Application Support oversees CMS and software applications, provides technical support for in-game events and special activities, and manages IT projects related to gaming systems, including upgrades and new technology implementations with UAT and approvals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and maintain the CMS and other software applications integral to gaming operations.
• Assist in leading and mentoring the Gaming Application Support team. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service and technical proficiency.
• Manage and document incidents, including detailed root cause analysis and steps taken to resolve issues. Communicate status updates to stakeholders and escalate critical issues as necessary.
