About the Role

RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and supervise the efforts of the team. The role comes with the responsibility of overseeing the productivity, workflow, and efficiency of the assigned team as well as performance management, team development and recruitment. Success in this role will depend on effective leadership, collaboration, and coordination with cross-functional groups.
Strong skills to manage location-level performance management for responsible team/s.
Perform efficient workforce management that includes capacity planning, shrinkage control, leave management, BCP management, time tracking, KPIs of the teams, etc.
Report to and coordinate with Manager and collaborate closely with Product Manager(s) and the portfolio services stakeholders to manage all analytics work of direct reports.
