Key Responsibilities: 
Build a quality Agribusiness asset portfolio as per the set targets within assigned region(s)

Monitor and maintain portfolio quality within acceptable credit risk exposure (below 5%)

Grow liability accounts as per the set retail targets.

Build and maintain an effective new Sales Pipeline in the Agriculture sector.

Effectively market the Agribusiness Products to new Prospects and increase KCB Agribusiness market share on both Assets and Liabilities significantly....
