About the Role
Position Title: Assistant Manager Administration
Location: Lahore
Job Purpose
To ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations of the residential building by overseeing administrative functions, facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, vendor management, asset management and resident support services.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Building Operations
- Supervise daily building operations including housekeeping, security, front desk, parking, landscaping, and waste management.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, and fire safety systems.
- Coordinate with the engineering/technical team for building upkeep and emergency repairs.
Resident Relations & Customer Service
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints logged by residents.
