- Lead, supervise, and manage the Administrative Team , ensuring efficient daily operations and timely task completion.
- Responsible for new branch openings , including preparation, coordination, and execution of all administrative, tenancy, and licensing requirements.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate Tenancy Agreements (TA) for new and existing branches.
- Manage and oversee all licenses and permits , including applications, renewals, follow-ups, and compliance with local authority regulations.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, legal teams, and government agencies to ensure smooth branch setup and operations.
- Coordinate and manage tenancy administration , including renewals, documentation, and compliance.
