Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Admin & Facilities to lead and strengthen our administrative and facility operations. This role requires a strong executional mindset with strong operational control to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-maintained workplace that aligns with company directives.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility maintenance, infrastructure, and workplace management as per standards
  • Manage administrative staff, drive performance, and oversee company events and logistics
  • Manage and supervise local and international travel, boarding, and lodging
  • Manage security protocols, gate pass controls, and visitor management systems
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
