Assistant Maintenance Manager

Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is seeking a hands‑on Assistant Maintenance Manager to support a small team in maintaining our exceptional oceanfront property. This role combines physical work with leadership responsibilities and requires someone who can think on their feet, manage competing priorities, and contribute directly to maintenance, repair, and beautification projects throughout the resort.
