About the Role
5* Game Lodge in the Pilanesberg is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager.
The core duty will be to be focused on installing, maintaining, and repairing systems and equipment within the lodge and actively assisting the Maintenance Manager with daily tasks within the team, and department at large.
Duties:
Communicates directly with the operations departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work to the required 5* standards.
Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance staff.
Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the Maintenance department.
Be hands on and ensure that all maintenance staff is trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
