To develop the human resources within the company by effective implementation of training development programs and to advise the management on development plans in line with the needs.

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

The duties are:

1. To conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in order to be able to design a suitable trainingplan / programs as a means to develop the quality of human resources in the company.
2. To prepare annual hotel training plan / programs & budget, under the direction of the HRD.
