Job Summary

Provide design coordination, review, and monitoring of external ID consultants’ deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate project outputs.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design team, other departments, and external ID consultants for requests of plans, project brief, marketing brief, and clarificatory meetings.
• Prepare inter‑office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management.
• Create initial ID layouts/test‑fits as needed.
• Draft Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award.
• Attach necessary documents for consultant’s progress billings.
• Review proposals/contracts for signing and notarization.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant.
