About the Role
Job Responsibilities
Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants’ deliverables,
such as but not limited to the following:
Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments
Reviews the following documents:
- Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management;
- Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed
- Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award;
- Necessary document attachments of consultant’s progress billings;
- Proposals/contracts
Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant for accuracy and completeness
Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant
Manages ID consultant’s timeliness in providing design deliverables
