Responsibilities:
Preparation of contracts for new employees, renewal of contracts and orientation of new employees.Prepare training materials and follow up and evaluate the training results.Emphasis on payroll for employees (Payroll).Prepare tax (Por Ngor Dor 1) and social security forms.Implementation of employee welfare, such as issuing employee cards, uniforms, car reservations.Prepare personnel documents and general document work.Perform various other tasks as assigned.
