About the Role

Assistant Home-Start Coordinator
 Salary: £25,989 - £28,142 (pro rata) 16hrs/week Home-Start Herefordshire is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with children 0-18 years. Home-Start Herefordshire provide regular support and practical help to families under stress, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown.

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Home-Start Coordinator who will support the delivery of our volunteer support services, working with families with specific parenting needs, with children aged 0-18 years.

The successful candidate will support all aspects of Home-Start Herefordshire’s work with families to ensure no child’s future potential is limited by today’s challenges. This includes:
Working both directly (providing support to parents directly) and indirectly (working with volunteers and partner organisations) with families and children
