Assistant General Manager

WMG located in Windsor, ON is looking for an Assistant General Manager role focused in Mexico to join a growing organization.

Type of Employment: 1 year contract with opportunity to grow into the business as FT

Schedule: Days, Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday OT as required

About the Role

The Assistant General Manager is partly responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and overall administration of plant operations in Mexico. He or she will oversee staffing, production and effectively and efficiently oversee the development and direction of the management team to drive the growth of production, revenue and the quality of goods produced in the facility. The Assistant G.M. requires effective communication and leadership skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, department managers and ensuring the integration of strategic plans within the plant facilities.
