Assistant General Manager

Skippers is a boutique coliving hotel on the Kenyan coast. As a triple-bottom-line (3BL) business, social impact is central to what we do.
The property currently operates as a 7-room site with a strong long-stay community focus and an on-site pizzeria. The business will scale to approximately 28 rooms over the next three years.
This is therefore a role in active management of the current location as well as pre-opening activities for expansion.
The successful candidate will operate with a high level of autonomy and act as the on-site operational manager responsible for day-to-day performance.
