Assistant General Manager, Snack & Drink (TOR)

Position Overview

The Assistant General Manager, Snack & Drink (S&D), will contribute to all facets of the Snack and Drink department, reporting to and providing support for the Operations Manager and/or Director concerning the Snack and Drink programs and operations. They will be responsible for the training and onsite supervision of all S&D team members, which includes providing shift coverage when necessary to ensure the smooth continuation of operations.

In addition, they will be responsible for inventory and product replenishment requests for client sites with ability to uphold Just Fare standards by prioritizing delicious products that are organic, locally sourced, and procured from woman- and BIPOC-owned businesses. They will support the company's objective of decreasing waste by emphasizing bulk and in-house products over single‑serve packaged products, where feasible.
