QUALIFICATIONS : B.Arch
REPORTING TO : Head Architect
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Approvals on buildings
2. Gross Saleable/Leasable area
3. Revenue Generation by maximising GLA
4. Delivery of drawings in quality
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the Architect /consultants and ensure no over runs in the project.
- Project execution as per Architect‘s diagrams; ensure high quality standards in execution.
- Coordinate activities for interiors, low side services, Furniture, SMEP etc from design to execution
and handing over.
- Coordinate the submission and completion drawing with the architect and interfacing the
