About the Role
What you will do
- Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food Store.
- Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the store is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.
- Develop and deliver user‑friendly specialized training.
- Collaborate with the department managers.
- Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching.
- Business to Business (B2B) sales, call-outs, etc.
- Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins.
- Staying knowledgeable of a wide variety of product information.
