Assistant Floor Manager

The Role: The Assistant Floor Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Floor Manager and Store Manager by overseeing floor operations, driving sales performance, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is hands-on and operational, requiring strong leadership presence on the floor while contributing to strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the management of all floor departments to ensure optimal sales performance, stock availability, and high visual and operational standards.

· Assist in driving turnover, maximising gross profit, controlling expenses, and managing key operational ratios.

· Read, analyse, and interpret management and sales reports, identifying trends and taking corrective or growth-focused action.
