About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fleet Manager in overseeing daily trucking operations and driver assignments
- Ensure real-time monitoring and updating of trip statuses in the tracking system
- Coordinate with clients for regular trip status updates and delivery confirmations
- Handle TABS booking and ensure timely slot reservations
- Monitor truck schedules, dispatches, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of all units
- Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance logs
- Support compliance with LTO, LTFRB, and BOC requirements
- Help manage and evaluate driver performance, attendance, and documentation
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or fleet coordination
