Assistant Financial Controller

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER — FERRARI QUEBEC

Ferrari Quebec is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and motivated Assistant Controller to support the dealership’s financial operations, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and day-to-day accounting functions. This role works closely with the Controller, management, department heads, auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, organized, and committed to excellence within a high-performance luxury automotive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
