What you will do in this role:
Financial Reporting & ReviewReview subsidiaries’ quarterly financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group policies.Support annual audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.Tax & Regulatory ComplianceLiaise with subsidiaries’ accountants on financial, regulatory, and compliance matters.Prepare quarterly compliance certificates and related submissions for banks and regulatory bodies.Assist with tax matters by gathering documentation and coordinating with external advisors.Treasury & Cash ManagementSupport cashflow forecasting, liquidity planning, and weekly/monthly cash position reporting.Book and monitor time deposits and short-term inves...
