About the Role

Description
 :Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Facility Manager to join our Facility Management team on the Qiddiya program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Ensuring that the quality of the outcomes from the facilities management suppliers meets the required standard.
Undertake regular, and thorough inspections throughout Ruwais City and all service failures by suppliers are recorded and reported through the CAFM system.
Measure and record corrective actions by suppliers and follow-up on these actions until a satisfactory outcome is achieved.
Identify opportunities for initiatives and projects for improvement in the built environment in Ruwais.
Identify ways in which suppliers can operate more efficiently.
Focus on strong working relationships across all functions and raise awareness in providing exceptional customer service.
