$1,200 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Estimator to support a U.S.-based estimating team by completing accurate quantity takeoffs and drawing markups from landscape architectural plans. This role is focused on measurements, plan review, and documentation, while final pricing and bid strategy are handled by senior estimators. Accuracy, diligence, and consistency are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from U.S. landscape architectural and civil drawings
- Use Bluebeam Revu to measure, count, and annotate plans
- Clearly mark up drawings so estimators can easily review scope and quantities
- Identify all relevant scope items, including materials, assemblies, and site elements
