Assistant Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary:

Assists in supervising the whole machine shop in its operation to meet plant requirements.

Reviews incoming job orders and make necessary action to ensure smooth completion of job order. Responsible for supervising the department in developing, fabricating, and repairing of moulds and machines needed in production.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in supervisory level
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
• Considerable knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, methods and standard practices of the trade.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review daily work schedule / output.

2. Studies new product sample / drawings.

3. Computes and prepare data needed to be submitted to sales for quotation purposes.

4. Assists in making mould design for new moulds and prepare materials and working drawings.
