The Role of the Assistant Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy engineering operation in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong engineering leader with experience within bus, coach, HGV, PSV or commercial vehicle environments who is passionate about fleet reliability, workshop performance, safety compliance and team development.
