Assistant Engineering Manager

Job Summary
The Assistant Engineering Manager oversees daily plant engineering operations to ensure all utilities, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role supervises system performance, leads preventive maintenance efforts, supports troubleshooting, and ensures compliance with internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant engineering activities, including refrigeration, compressed air, power, steam systems, and equipment preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance (PM) tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
• Recommend updates to PM work orders, schedules, and procedures.
• Review and evaluate daily monitoring activities of Engineering Technicians.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and initiates system upgrades as needed.
