About the Role

Job Description
Join Ley Choon Group as an Assistant Engineer and take charge of the quality standards that build Singapore's infrastructure. We are seeking a proactive professional to lead rigorous material testing, pioneer bitumen R&D formulations, and provide critical technical support to our plant and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Laboratory Testing & Material Analysis: Perform bitumen testing from collection to preparation using specialized equipment (Penetrometer, Viscometer, Softening Point, Ductilometer, RTFO, and DSR). Monitor and inspect the quality of aggregates, bitumen, and asphalt premix.

R&D and Formulation: Assist in laboratory Research & Development by formulating and modifying bitumen recipes with base bitumen, polymers, and other additives to meet project requirements.

QC Documentation & Coordination: Prepare, check, and email QC test reports for in-house and project tea...
