Assistant Engineer

To assist the engineering team in carrying out traffic and transportation studies by supervising traffic surveys, collecting and organising data.

Job Scope:

• Supervise traffic survey teams during traffic count.
• Assist in planning survey locations and setting up traffic counting equipment.
• Conduct site visits to observe traffic flow, road conditions, and patterns.
• Support in collecting data on vehicle movements, road users, and traffic volume.
• Perform basic data entry and organisation for analysis.
• Ensure survey teams follow correct methods and safety procedures during fieldwork.
• Keep proper records of field activities and survey reports.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the supervising engineer.

Requirements:

• Have a valid driving license and access to a car.
• Able to work outdoors and supervise small teams on-site.
