Post Contract Experience is required. Undertake quantity take-offs for Civil, Structure, Architectural works using IS 1200, POMI or other similar standards. Use software tools (., Cost X, AutoCAD) for quantity take-off and summarize quantities, transfer data into BOQs or cost plans including carrying out bulk checks. Draft or Validate Bills of Quantities including carrying out bulk checks. Support cost estimation activities by identifying basic material and labour rates and understanding rate analysis for standard work items.
