Our client is a leading manufacturer. They are seeking an Assistant Plant Controller to support the Controller in managing all financial operations within the plant. This role plays a critical part in cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational analysis, while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

· Support the Plant Controller in all aspects of financial stewardship for the facility

· Perform cost accounting, including BOM analysis, variance reporting, and inventory control

· Oversee accounts payable, payroll audit (including union considerations), and general ledger accuracy
