Role Summary

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Assistant Controller to support and scale the accounting function within a high‑growth, multi‑entity healthcare organization. This manager‑level role reports directly to the Financial Controller and oversees the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting fundamentals, proven people leadership experience, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and routine accounting activities.

• Own and manage key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules prepared by the accounting team.
