Assistant Controller

Position Summary

The Assistant Controller is a key member of Entreflow’s Finance and Accounting team, supporting the Controller in managing financial operations across multiple client accounts. This role represents a professional development opportunity for team members who have demonstrated strong accounting, analytical, and leadership skills and are ready to advance from a Senior Accountant role into broader financial management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and monthly accounting operations for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Support Controller with financial analysis, interpretation of results, and recommendations that inform client decision‑making and business strategy.
• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly financial statements and reports in advance of client Financial Management meetings.
