About the Role
- Runs daily reports to ensure that Trade & Logistics is meeting the expected minimums on the sales orders, adding the appropriate freight, and guaranteeing profits are met;
- Instruct Accounting Assistants processing of invoices;
- Review and process accurate and timely response to vendors and processing of invoices;
- Oversees posting of accounting information to appropriate accounts and responsible for all Accounting /Financing matter;
- Communicate with bank to get financial support for ongoing business;
- Preparing Consolidation package to company in Japan on monthly and quarterly basis;
- Supporting for drafting keeping and managing (internal) rules;
- Supporting for compliance matters;
- Support GM, CEO, VP and other executives to establish short and long term goals/strategy.
