Assistant Category Manager - Meat (m/f)

We are looking for an Assistant Category Manager for the Meat Category to join the Offer Management Department and report directly to the Meat Category Manager. This professional will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting the Category Manager, ensuring the development of the commercial process through establishing contacts with suppliers, maintaining the IT system, managing procurement and monitoring service levels, conducting performance analyses, and supporting the preparation of promotional actions.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze performance indicators, namely sales, prices, margins, and discounts, in order to provide tools that support negotiation and the day-to-day management of purchasing and sales activities;
