Assistant Business Manager

The role holder is responsible for the effective on-boarding of franchise partners, maintaining long term Relationships with them and maximizing revenue and enrolments through them.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Achieve revenue targets by:

● Ensuring achievement of budgeted revenue per franchisee by streamlining franchise business operations.

● Monitoring, tracking and guiding performance of franchises to promote parent & student satisfaction.

● Assisting under-performing Franchises in performance improvement.

● Serving as the link of communication between franchise partners & internal teams.

● Resolving any issues and problems faced by partners in a timely manner.

● Having a thorough understanding of franchise network distribution in the assigned area.
