About the Role

Your Role

Assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work, minor addition and alternation work in building facilities, focusing on electrical systems

Conduct fault investigations, oversee the tendering process, perform feasibility studies, prepare specifications and reports, monitor site work progress, develop maintenance plans, and liaise with end users

Supervise contractors and in-house technicians to ensure best value and service delivery in accordance with agreed SLA and KPI

Attend emergency call out service if necessary
To Succeed in the Role
Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Services or related disciplines

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of generators, UPS systems, switchboards, and electrical systems in property and facilities management
