Job Responsibilities:

Quotation Processing

• Responsible for processing daily quotation requests, input of specifications to the database, daily update and monitoring of status to ensure on-time processing as per client and internal requests.
• Communicate with various teams in resolving issues to ensure efficient and expeditious processing.
• Responsible for creation and preparation of all related processing duties like review of client specifications (commercial and technical), drawing review and electronic copy management, weight calculations, identification of machining requirements, prepare base quote and written quote, quotation clarifications, etc.
• Responsible for quotation data management using different cloud-based applications, manage different modules in relation to quotation processing.
• Accomplish related tasks to complete the process and other ad-hoc as assigned.
