About the Role

Our client is at the center of a large‑scale Asset Servicing Modernization initiative, replacing legacy dividend and corporate action processing platforms. We are looking to hire an Asset Servicing / Income Processing Analyst to support the Income Processing function—covering dividends, coupons, GICs, and cash entitlements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and oversee Asset Servicing and Income Processing activities, including entitlements and corporate actions
Support Fixed Income operations within Income Processing and Asset Servicing
Use Broadridge BPS and/or ADP daily to process transactions, investigate exceptions, and resolve breaks
Support project and audit initiatives, including controls, documentation, and remediation activities
Analyze operational data and reporting using advanced Excel and system extracts
