🖋️You will be reporting to: Chief Operations Officer.
What you will do:
Strategic management of properties to achieve investment objectives (yield, capital appreciation, development)
Analysis of investment performance (IRR, ROI, Cash Flow Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis)
Preparation and implementation of Business Plans and annual budgets per property, aiming to maximize value and income
Market analysis and identification of opportunities for improvement, leasing, or sale of properties
Support in acquisition or disposal processes (Due Diligence, Valuation Reports)
