• £38,200 - £44,400 per annum (plus annual bonus)

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail focused Asset & PPM Coordinator to join our dynamic Asset Management team supporting a major Government contract across the UK.

Working within a fast paced FM and property environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring asset data, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, and compliance records remain accurate, auditable, and fit for purpose across a large and complex estate.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with CAFM/CMMS experience, strong coordination skills, and a passion for compliance, data quality, and operational excellence.
