About the Role
A well-established and growing real estate investment firm is in search of a hands-on, operationally focused to oversee a portfolio of over 2,000 multi-family residential units across the GTA along with some Canada wide. This is an excellent opportunity for a performance-driven real estate professional looking to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team with executive-level exposure.
In this newly created role, you’ll report directly to the Director, Multi-Family and play a key part in shaping asset strategy, optimizing property performance, and executing capital improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands on with a proactive mindset, financial and operational expertise, and a passion for driving results.
